The location
The rooms are very small and old and the staff don’t speak a good english. Only 1 or 2. And they told me a wrong info about the price of the taxi. It was the double which let me in a uncomfortable situation. I have not the total amount in cash.

Lovely room, not too small but a little bit cramped. Big bathrooms. Coin laundry but driers barely dry your clothes. Good location near Shinjuku station, across road from yummy food hall and a 7/11 and family mart.
Super fast electronic check in and check out
A little outdated but that’s ok. Lifts often wouldn’t scan your card and wouldn’t let you get to your level
Drier didn’t dry clothes
But these are minor points of feedback

This was a beautiful and convenient hotel. Right outside of the Shinjuku Train Station and centrally located in Shinjuku. Easy to talk to places around the hotel.
The breakfast buffet at the first floor restaurant offered some limited selection of items to accompany a single entree item that had to be ordered. With this kids who can be indecisive the options on the buffet offer more flexibility.

Location is good
Too small and the design not practical. Hard to open luggage and they wasted space fir the useless table and chair
