The rooms are comfortable and clean but a little bit outdated. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is located in a quiet area in Shinjuku with public transportation close.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
Within a five-minute walk, you can find pretty much everything you need, including shops, train stations, convenience stores, and a variety of small restaurants. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. We traveled as a family with our five-year-old child and found it perfectly suited to our needs.
The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals whenever we wanted.
We would book this accommodation again without hesitation and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
