Questo meraviglioso 3 camere, 2 bagni di fronte al golf condominio è stato recentemente ristrutturato con nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle, vernice interna, biancheria da letto e arredamento per riflettere il laid-back, fresco sensazione isola di Navarre Beach. La disposizione spaziosa di questa unità è perfetta per gruppi fino a 9 persone. Si prega di controllare le foto! Il balcone, con vista sulla piscina e Golfo del Messico, sarà un posto preferito per rilassarsi durante il vostro soggiorno. My brothers family & mine stayed here along with my mom. It was the perfect place for all of us with lots of room. We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view when we weren’t heading down to the beach.

Stay very nice because of the amount of beds (6)! Only thing lacking was that patio did not have enough of comfortable chairs, since we spend a lot of time out there! Also one of dining chairs was wobbly and maybe on verge of breaking!

We were pleased with the accommodations; roomie and well furnished. Swimming pool area was very nice and access to the pool.

Perfect space for 7 Moms! Beach chairs and accessories were convenient. Would have been nice to have a few extra blankets. Peaceful beach front and close to any other needs. Would definitely recommend to others!

The beach and condo were beautiful, but one of the rooms had beg bugs. My daughter was bitten the first night we were there. I didn’t realize they were bed bug bites at the time though…..then my other daughter found a dead bug in her bed. So, I reached out to the managing company (Gulf Coast Getaways). They told us to stay out of that room until they could send maintenance on Monday morning. So, the girls split up and slept on couches and such while I cleaned and washed every piece of clothing, shoes, and luggage we brought with us. On Monday morning at 7:00, my daughter had to go to urgent care because the bites had turned into huge blisters and appeared infected. Maintenance and housekeeping came. Maintenance said we would likely have to leave so the exterminator could spray the whole condo, but we didn’t hear this from the managing company until much later in the day. They offered a rental in another area beginning the next day, but didn’t have an option for my family for that night. I was told the money would be refunded for the remainder of the stay and that they “would work with VRBO to get the VRBO fees refunded” as well. I did receive the balance of the stay from the owner, but I did not receive anything back from VRBO. When I called to check on it, I was told if the owner/manager didn’t issue a full refund, the VRBO fees couldn’t be refunded. So, they reached out to the owner (according to the VRBO staff member), but once the told them why they were calling the owner hung up on them. Very disappointed in the experience with this rental overall. I know bed bugs are a risk anywhere you go, but the way the situation was handled and miscommunicated was unacceptable.

Internet and TV service was poor.
This was our first trip to Navarre. We had a great time but was very disappointed with the internet and TV services. Some of the family was needing to do some work and this really messed them up. When making reservations if says wifi available but then when we got there it said you may need to use your own Hotspot. That should have been said when you register not after you have paid. The condo was beautiful decorated and the view was wonderful.

The neighbors were noisy. I had to ask them to stop slamming the door a couple of times. Once they checked out things were better.

When we received the door code at 4pm the unit still had sand all over the floor along with dust bunnies and a dead cricket. The unit smelled musky not clean. With COVID protocol I would have thought the unit would have been thoroughly cleaned. The baseboards looked like they haven’t been wiped down in quite some time. The dryer would not dry a load of clothes. This was very frustrating trying to keep towels and swimsuits washed and dried for 7 days! One of the bathtubs would not drain. This is an old unit that needs upgrades and repairs for the price they rent it for. You can rent the penthouse suite much nicer and roomier for $1k more. The Lazy Day Cabana service was not accommodating either very rude!

The property is a little run down in general such as rusty main door at our unit, old, worn carpet in unit, and a weird noise in the toilet. The wifi is excellent, pools great, beach great. Have to use a code for pool/beach access which is annoying.

Condo not as pictured
Our rental process was great. However, the condo itself was not what we expected. It needs major updating. Doors were off of the laundry closet, furniture is old, plywood under the couch pillows. Storage was ridiculous because owners has closets locked. We would not stay at this particular unit again especially for what we paid.

Loved our stay here
Very spacious and amazing views, directly on the beach. We will stay here again. Would have liked for it to have been cleaner. It looked at though the carpet might not have been vacuumed.

This place was amazing! Direct access to the beach, within 30 minutes of Destin and Pensacola. Highly recommend as we will be staying again!

The Caribbean Resort is very nice, but the condo itself needs updated.
We have stayed at the Caribbean Resort several times and all the condos have been nice in the past. This was our first time in the condo on the 3rd floor of the resort and it will be our last. Nothing was updated. Including the washer, dryer (takes 2 hours to dry anything), TVs, kitchen, bathrooms and there is carpet in the bedrooms, which is gross in a beach unit. For the money we spent the unit should’ve been better. We will come back to the Caribbean Resort but will not be staying in this until it’s remodeled.

Everything we hoped it would be
I'll start off by saying there were 9 people who stayed in our condo (ages 65, 62, 55, 37, 36, 16, 13, 2, and 7 months.) Plenty of room for us all. There is not a lot of space in the kitchen for your groceries but we just placed it on the washer and dryer. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (dishes, cookie sheets, pans, pots, blender, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, ice maker, hug pot for a shrimp boil, knives, silverware, etc.. We didn't see any grilling spatualas but we bought our own. Beds were comfy. Floors could have been cleaner but with all the going in and out its expected. Tv in the double bed room is a little wonky when it comes to trying to get channels but all the other TVs were fine and had clear pictures. The thermostat wouldn't go below 70 (smart on the owner's part) but the ceiling fans in the rooms put off enough wind that we actually ended up a little cold. The balcony looks over the pool and the beach is right there, its perfect
I could sit on the balcony and still watch some of the family on the beach playing and in the water. The balcony has plenty of seating and it was nice that the walls of the balcony is glass so I didnt have to worry about the 2 year old throwing a toy through bars or trying to put his head through it The pool is a bit small but it didn't matter as there were plenty of times our group were the only ones in it. It wasn't crowded the whole time we were there. This is a decent building although I found it odd there is no front desk. There is a small office on the 3rd floor but that's it. Carts are available to help you take all your stuff to your condo. Check in and out was easy. There are some thing that are worn like the rug in the living room and one of the bar chairs had some leather missing but besides that everything was great. The 2 year old LOVED the jetted tub! If we ever decide to travel back to Navarre beach we would love to stay in this condo again!
Navarre beach was nice. Clear beaches and water. There is little to do on the actual island where the hotel is so you will have to travel at least 10 minutes to fun things. We took advantage of the zoo that's close by. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the condo.

Wonderful vacation!
Our group of four women LOVED this place. Spacious and open. Comfortable beds, and kitchen had everything we needed. Best of all was the million dollar VIEW! Beautiful beach just steps away. Communication from rental company/owner was great. Check in and check out was very simple. We liked having an entry code instead of keeping up with keys. Loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of Navarre Beach. This was our first trip to the area, and we all definitely want to come back to this beautiful place.
