Clean, spacious rooms. Great facilities for kids. Super entertainment every evening. Nice little shop to get a few bits. All staff were very friendly. 20 minute walk into town was worth the it for the quiet location.

Restaurant wasn’t the best but only ate there once. Wasn’t a big issue.

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en una zona exclusiva de San Antonio alejado del barullo de la ciudad, por lo que es muy conveniente si tú objetivo no es ir de fiesta ni aguantar a gente de fiesta. El hotel está orientado a familias y a las 11.30 de la noche hay silencio absoluto. Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, las vistas desde la habitación, la amabilidad del personal y la tranquilidad que se respiraba, el increíble desayuno buffet, la música de la piscina ,así como los espectáculos nocturnos!

Por decir algo...el Parking es limitado y cuando el hotel está fully booked puede ser una aventura buscar aparcamiento en la noche.

God seng Fint lille badeværelse Maden var Ok Vær opmærksom på der kun kører bus til og fra hotel fire gange om Dagen. Dejlig det var røg fri i spise område. Er fint for et par dages afslapning.

Beskidte tallerkner og bestik Elendig aften underholdning Folk røg på Altan og kunne lugte ind på vores værelse

The room is big but poorly maintained. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The window in the bathroom could not be closed due to wear and tear. The room is very far from the main building. The road to the building needs renovation. Breakfast is average. The cleanliness around the buildings is catastrophic. There is trash everywhere. For nine days I walked past the same women's panties and water bottles. The vehicle, which is a vehicle within the hotel area, had to wait at least half an hour after the order, even though they said at the reception that it would arrive in a few minutes. The hotel receives a commission from taxi drivers if they call them. The commission is charged to you in the form of another fare (4) instead of (3).

The rooms where my friends stayed wasn't of the same standard

the facilities were ok, quite a few places to eat and a grocery shop.

the hotel is run down so don’t expect what you see in the photos. what made this hotel a really bad experience is the management and almost all the reception staff. i will mention the friendly staff before I go into my story. The daytime shuttle drivers were really nice, as well as all the restaurants and bars. one girl with long hair in reception was nice as well. Now for the really big negatives, that made this a really horrible experience. I came for a wedding and still had to work as soon as I checked in. I came to reception there were about 7-8 people standing there just all talking to each other. I think the manager was there as well, I guess he was wearing a suit. bad experience #1. After standing for 7-8 mins and being absolutely ignored, I politely let them know that I need to work and if they could please check me in. when I was checked in, I wasn’t told a anything, just given the room key. The towels were being given out in reception, do you think he couldn’t save me the trip and offered me a pool towel? Bad experience #2. I went out with friends on the first night and came back quite late at around 2-3 in the morning. I came back only to find that. there are no shuttles in the middle of the night. since the hotel is like a village there are dark and hidden passageways that you need to take. I attempted but got lost and came back to reception to ask the guy at from desk to walk to my room. He refused, I said that it’s really dark and I can’t find my room. He tried to give me a map. At this point I said I will call the police because I don’t have anywhere to sleep and you are not helping me. He finally walked me but was really not happy. Mind you there was a security guy in the reception as well. Next day management put a letter in my door to come speak to them about last nights incident. clearly I have better things to do when on holiday. besides management could have walked to the room themselves, oh wait…the room is too far!
