the location was great. the apartment was spacious & the balcony was very big.
the AC didn’t work, & it was very outdated.

The apartment was very spacious
The apartment needed a deep clean,there were stains on the walls and I found hair in the drain.

it was in a good position to reach the best spots for the night out.
a plus is the availability of the staff to replace the towels from the bathroom every day.
the forniture was old, the cutlery was missing, the apartment in general was dirty and with the wind the doors started shaking (lot of noise)
in the living room with the sofa bed there is no roller shutter

We ended up having an upgrade from the Arlanza Apartments to the Ibiza Jet, so we got a better room (2 bedrooms) and the hotel is right next to the beach and it has a few bars and restaurants around it.
The pool also had some parties and music, even thought it seems it was everything at around 30% due to Covid.
You can also walk to Ibiza city center, it's a nice walk that can be done through the beach and it takes around 40m.

Very basic rooms but with great balconies!
Check out was 11am and when we requested later check out we were told we would have to go to reception at 10am to check whether this was available. We were lucky enough to get late check out however it made the last night a bit rubbish as we had to come in early just in case we had to leave early.
