Castello Boutique Resort & Spa - Adults Only

The people really made our stay special. We arrived quite late, after midnight, but the reception team were still incredibly welcoming and helpful. They helped us with our luggage, showed us to our room and made sure everything was explained properly. Despite the late arrival, they had also prepared water, fruit, a welcome bottle of champagne and some food for us, which was a really thoughtful touch. The next morning, Alexandra at reception listened carefully to our concerns and put us in touch with Katerina, the Assistant Manager, who went above and beyond to make things right and moved us to the newer sister property. Dora at the restaurant and bar was also wonderful — always friendly, attentive and helpful whenever we returned for dinner, drinks or the evening entertainment. The newer suites were a big improvement, with a fantastic pool, spacious rooms, lovely views and very good food. We also really enjoyed the live music and entertainment throughout our stay.

The original property felt somewhat dated in places and didn’t quite feel like the 5-star experience we were expecting. Even in the newer suite, we had a couple of maintenance issues, including the door locking us inside twice and a loose glass handrail on the stairs. These were reported and addressed by the team, but they took away slightly from an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Even though our stay was short, we had a wonderful experience at Castello Boutique Resort. It is a beautiful, elegant and peaceful hotel. Perfect if anyone is looking to escape and relax. The spa was exactly what we needed — a uwonderful experience that helped us completely unwind. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed, and we would love to return for a longer stay.

Serene atmosphere, cleanliness and exceptional service. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of fresh local options and the main pool area was fantasic. Staff were genuinely attentive and made us feel truly welcome from day one.

We have absolutely no complaints, as everything met and exceeded our expectations throughout our stay.

The highlight of our stay was the fantastic pool area along with the rejuvenating spa services, which made unwinding completely effortless. We thoroughly enjoyed the great breakfast every morning, which featured a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Above all, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit.

Everything was delivered at an exceptional level, we didn't miss a single thing during our time at the resort
