The location of the hotel is very accessible. It's right across Odori park and the bus stop to the airport is right in front of the airport. It's walking distance to most restaurants, the shopping malls and the TV Tower and Clock Tower. Very near a train station as well. When you enter the hotel, they have a very distinct aroma that would make you feel relaxed. The scent feels clean and nice!!! The lobby is so chic as well. Right by the elevator, you can get the toiletries you need. The room was well appointed. It was smaller than i expected it to be but all our luggages fit inside so we're good. Our beddings were clean and they have an onsen which was a plus for us as we would want to soak after a day of walking/tour. They have iced candy at the onsen which was also a nice treat. Thank you Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo!

공항버스가 정말 바로 호텔앞이어서 너무 편리함
(공항버스 거의 시작점이라 원하는 자리에 앉을수 있어서 더 좋으나 시간이 좀 걸리는건 감안해야함)
12시 이후로 대욕장 이용- 조용하고 아이스크림까지덤으로 ㅎ
침대매트리스가 아주편하진 않지만 가격대비하면 괜찮은편임

シングルを2部屋借りて2人で滞在しましたが、部屋に椅子が二つあると便利でした。

หากมีห้องว่าง ควรให้เข้า chk in ได้เลย ไม่ควรต้องให้รอถึง 14:00 น.

Good location of hotel, everything within walking distance. Room was comfortable and clean. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel staff very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

I like how there’s an airport bus stop in front of the hotel and there’s a subway station very near to the hotel.
They have a policy of housekeeping on the fourth day but they didn’t clean my room on the fourth day. When I spoke to the reception they told me they can’t clean my room as the cleaner has left. I was very disappointed.

Location of the hotel. Next to a subway stop and short walk to restaurants and clubs. Walking distance to main train station and some of the sights. Room was a little small but enough space for one person though a bit of of a squeeze when the bags were open. Good hot shower with amenities provided. There is also an airport bus stop directly in front of the hotel but the journey is longer than the train. Staff could communicate in basic English

The onsen.
We were on the floor with the smoking room just outside the lift and the smell was quite strong when you got out of the lifts and as you walked along the corridor. Luckily we couldn’t smell it when we got into the room. The staff did offer to move us to a floor without a smoking room for our second night’s stay but by then we had unpacked (including lugging ski gear) so we declined.

Basic but clean and quiet, 5 min walk from JR. Staff were very nice. Heat pump in each room for the winter months.

The location is just beside park odori.
The room is way toooo small after putting 2 pieces of luggage. The room temperature becomes way too hot especially after shower that the room is suffocating to me.

Absolutely CENTRAL location next to subway, tr station, underground mall and walkway, Odori park and Christmas market! Top floor facilities were perfect. Laundry, public bath and wonderful area to relax after hot bath with hair dryer and even ice popsicles to boot! the car park though we have to pay is fantastic. Receptionists were wonderful and helped with directions, bookings for dinner and various - ever so grateful.
