Hotel was good located, close from train station, breakfast was good and varied. The only thing is that thre is not elevator , if you do not have a problem with climbing stairs you are ok. In our case we awere two seniors and strugled with our suitcase. Apart from that great hotel. Fully Recomend.

Lovely family run, old swiss chalet style.Easy to find as close to Sunegga lift.About 10 ninutes from the station, just follow the
Gornergrat train line to the river and turn ledr.Very comfortable rooms, balcony with valley view, and could see The Matterhorn from the terrasse. VERY REASONABLE Pprice for standard of the rooms in Zermatt.
Lots of stairs to our room on 4th floor.Prewarned when booking, and staff happy to help take luggage upstairs

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very nice, had a lovely terrace to have some drinks in the afernoon sun. The location was very cental to everything.
The pillows were a bit too soft.

Nice garden & entry.
Loud , no lift , restaurant closed too early . No shampoo or body lotion. Very small room no space for luggage.
