Modern and very clean hotel. Great staff.

We had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony as well as the pool. The spa was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and modern. The hotel arranged transportation from the train station and back. The front desk staff and the bartenders were great.
There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Amazing property and great location! Very personable staff and Mr. Welschen
actually picked us up at the train station himself! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations on which gondolas or lifts to take.
Gorgeous hotel and wonderful breakfast too!

Everything. Our stay was perfect. Loved the pool and from all areas we could see the Matterhorn. Staff was great and we had a wonderful dinner on our last night.
