great location apartment size was perfect for our family

the showers are tiny so if you are a bigger person, you won’t be able to fit in shower

Property was spacious, beds were comfortable and living areas are spread out. Great location. Quiet. Upper deck is a nice place to gather. Very cozy accommodation. Nice views, even though property is tucked away.

It would be helpful if the owner provided paper towels or a dish towel at a minimum, plus clean sponge. Coffee would be a huge plus. Only 1 outlet in kitchen and you have to unplug the microwave to plug in any other appliance. TV remote didn’t work properly, even after I purchased and replaced batteries. Owner/manger was initially very responsive at check-in, but didn’t respond to TV issue. Upper door to terrace does not lock. tub/shower is very slippery and needs some type of grip on surface. Upper bedroom with twin beds could be arranged better to accommodate the very small space.

I love everything about this property. Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staffs. What’s not to love?

Randa Apartment - Fantastic location! Just off St Marks Square. View of canal. Asela was a great host, extremely helpful and arranged things that we requested. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great size for Venice centre. Beds super comfy and good bedding. Entrance lobby and stairs well maintained (note 3 flights of stairs/no lifts). Lovely hotel opposite for drinks overlooking the canal and breakfast available if booked in advance at 15 euros per adult (worth it). Lots of cafes/restaurants close-by.

the location was amazing. you step out the door of the building, cross a small bridge, and then 25,steps later you are in St Mark’s Square

we had a problem with water flow in the en suite shower. i assume it was just a glitch that is easily repaired.

The lift is very slow but this is not anything to do with the owners of this property. Glad to have one in Venice really!

The stairs to upper level were a little unstable.

location was great. Apartment is spacious with good value for a family. Quiet.

Mattresses were hard and main bedroom metal bed squeaked during night.

location was perfect. right next to San Marco (literally a 1 minute walk) but oldy worldly outside and quiet - modern interior. lots of power points to charge our phones. air con was very effective. two bathrooms ideal. cleaning stuff available and dishwasher was a godsend. microwave,cooker and crockery all brilliant. windows really cancel outside noises when they come. air con keeps you really cool. beds comfy. linen clean. flat was super super clean - every aspect was spotless. really appreciated this as I only walk barefoot when a floor is shiny. they really are here. we appreciated the complimentary shower products and loo roll as we arrived very late.

some window handles are a little rickety. couldn’t work the tv out but only tried once for news. no instructions as far as I saw. shower head in first bedroom needs a descale, you’d be cold in winter as it only spouts a small section. bottom of shower door near join with other door, doesn’t keep the water inside. but it was warm and clean. so we managed well. instant hot water.

The location was within steps of Plaza San Marco. It was located directly on a canal. 💯 Venice vibes. We were very comfortable and happy here. The absolute best part of our stay was the hospitality of our host Asela. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. He helped arrange a few extras for us as well. Thanks for everything, Asela!

Apartment is in an excellent location right next to the San Marco Piazza and the roof of the apartment looks at the Campanile di San Marco. Many luxury shops around, restaurants etc. It was very quiet and despite the cold weather very warm apartment. Owner is a very kind person too.

Perfect location, cozy, clean apartment

Lack of internet connection speed. Almost unable to work remotely. Kitchen is not fully equipped. No way to disable the air conditioner - it's connected to the common heating system

The owner was very hospitable and helped us with all the question we had(taxi,corona test ) We were met at San Marco square and showed the way to the apartment . Who’s is 2 min walk from there. The terrace on the apartment is terrific. Very big apartment , beautiful and clean . Would love to come again

The apartment is located right next to San Marco Plaza and all the alleys with stores. With the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a combined kitchen/living room it is more spacious than you could expect from a location in the center!

The bed was a bit hard, but no bed sleeps like your own anyway. In summary no real downsides!

Individually and tastefully equipped flat. Kind host, easy going communication. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable, lot of space for keeping things. Location cannot be better. Fancy slowly going lift suitable for two small suitcases and one thinny person, which ist nice for such an old building.

Amazing location and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. AC and WiFi worked really well and the views from the rooftop terrace were incredible.

Not much water in the top bathroom, probably because of historic nature of the building. Also not much communication from property about check-in procedure. Only small issue as overall the property was great.
