We've stayed at this property many times before. Rob & Val are great to communicate with. We will stay here again as it's just minutes to the beach, restaurants, stores and all other amenities.

The property was nice I have no real complaints I just think it would be nice for you guys to include within the description that the club We share the property with is a drag bar. Even though it was OK for me that could of been a big deal breaker for someone else.

This is a great location if you’re coming to South Beach to party and enjoy the festivities!

No water view as in pictures be sure you know have to carry luggage blocks to hotels as valet won’t even let you drop bags Lots extra $ for every little thing 1 hour early check in $25 wow

Overall it was good and I’d stay there again BUT the AC was leaking and the cleaning didn’t show.

This location was perfect walking distance to the beach and other little restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We couldn't figure out the air so when we tried to adjust it and it started making noise we just turned it off. We would definitely stay there again.

Our room was right next to Palace which plays very loud music till 2 AM. It was impossible to sleep through. Also our room could have used a good cleaning. Our floors were greasy and light fixtures, floor boards were covered in dust, the tub was also dirty.

We checked in early and were charged an extra 50 dollars. That was ok, but the place wasn’t very clean. Sand all over the floor, two 1 inch bars of soap in the bathroom. No paper towels in kitchen area or dish soap. We checked in on a Thursday and were told it would be cleaned on Saturday. Our checkout day was Monday. On Saturday, Cleanning person left garbage in unit and did not clean bathroom or change sheets. They did change towels, but no soap. Pool area was nice but dated, liner needs replacement. Location was good, but expect noise. Don’t rent if you want quiet or go to sleep early. Managers were very nice and helpful. Shower was a bit of drama, but AC was good. Overall, it’s a good place, but bring some Cleanning supplies and sleep late in the am.

Beautiful property right in South Beach. Room is lovely, clean and close to the action. It was a wild time from 10 am -3 am. If you want to be in the action of South Beach, this is the location for you.

Condo wasn't worth the money I was charged for a 3 night stay . My daughter & I left early . Location was very difficult to find because there wasn't any clear sign to the lobby and the bar which was located on the 1st floor didn't know where this place was at . We had to walk in an alley to find the lobby . The condo was dirty. There wasn't any hand towels in the bathroom or kitchen area . There was a bug in the room that looked like a cockroach . There was a child's footprint on the wall by the bed , the night stand on the side of the bed by the bathroom had dirt on the top from some kind of beverage , the pocket doors to the bathroom wouldn't close all the way and lock , the other door to the bathroom wouldn't fully close and lock , I had to wash a glass that was absolutely dirty before I could take my medicine to take with water , the so called balcony was really dirty ,the door wouldn't stay closed to try to drown out the noise from the bar . The music from the bar so loud and obnoxious that we could hardly sleep . This went on for hours . This was NOT advertised when I booked this. The location is geared more for college kids that want to party . It isn't family friendly. I totally got ripped off .

ONE STAR - Let me start off by saying: I booked this VRBO for a 5 day vacation and I checked out on day 3 and booked a hotel room for my last 2 night. That being said, I WANT TO START WITH REVIEWING THE PROPERTY MANAGER, ROB. He was EXTREMELY rude and obnoxious when I called him to address some of the issues that follow my review of HIM. It started before I even said ONE WORD to him about anything concerning the property. He ASSUMED I was someone calling to make or cancel reservation, when in fact I was already checked-in. Once that was verified, he was still extremely swift with my concerns. One being that the microwave did NOT work and the other was that the thermostat was set on Heat (75-80) and was blowing cold air. The room held a temperature of 70/71. I will mention that VAL did handle the microwave issue in a timely fashion. I took an Uber to Target and purchased my own space heater, because ROB told me that Miami does not have heat, only A/C. Those were the only 2 complaints I gave because I did not want to continue speaking with ROB with his terrible attitude. However, the room smelled bad. It was discovered to be those SOUR smelling drapes. ALSO, room service left the CLEAN towels on top of the toilet SEAT. Last but definitely not least, because I did check out 2 days early, ROB called me inquiring about my early check out. I was ATTEMPTING to explain and he wouldn't even listen long enough to hear my reasonings. He was coming off yet again EXTREMELY rude and nonchalant. After I asked him to allow me to talk, he then retracted some of his previous statements about the room not having heat. He ASSUMED I asked if the room had a heater, as in the one I had to go purchase AFTER speaking with him about Miami only having A/C. He then stated to me and I quote, "YOU MUST NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK A THERMOSTAT!!" I in return said, "I do." and I quote him again saying, "OBVIOUSLY NOT!!" At this point I became irate. I was out of the room and waiting on my Uber to the hotel, so I no longer felt the need to continue to entertain ROB'S FOOLERY !!!!!!!

The property location was excellent, walking distance to pretty much everything. Don’t stay if you looking to relax, it’s a turn up spot underneath. We had a very good time, the front desk was kind of out the way, bathroom floor could of been cleaner & rug washed. Everything else was good. We bring our own Lysol wipes everywhere we go anyway. I suggest staying there & will stay again.

The location is perfect for hanging out at Miami Beach! It is very noisy due to the club directly below. The bed was comfortable!

Room is suitable. Location is right in the heart of South Beach madness, located next to The Palace Restaurant Bar which is extremely loud from 11AM until the wee hours of the morning. If you like loud house music shaking your room all day this is the place for you. But bring your own pillows because theirs are the worst I've ever slept on.

Very disappointed with location of property. Had to walk through dirty alley to check in, no where to park. Loud music due to being right over a club. Balcony view very undesirable. Did not feel safe or satisfied and as a result did not stay on site. Expressed concern to property owners. They refused to refund any of our money. Very unreasonable, condensending, and unprofessional!

Spent the weekend here and it was so convenient and clean. Right on Ocean Drive across from the beach, walkable distance to anything in Miami Beach. Some reviews say apartment is loud which because its right next to a club but we didnt even notice the noise. Will note there was a $25 extra charge for checking in an hour and a half early. If Im ever back in Miami I will definitely stay here again.

Location and room is great. Little noisy but logical for South Beach. The only thing I disagree was the people coming to clean the room was leaving the door open. We were lucky our values were not lost.

Checking in was fine although we were told that there was parking near the property but didn’t know it was vallet but fine. The room was great, your on the 2nd floor so your view is the side of another building and the balcony are really small but accommodating. The noise from next door is extremely loud!! But it didn’t bother me too much especially cause of the sound proof door they have. The music goes till 2am so if your picky about noise DO NOT STAY HERE! Only issue was there was a roach in our bed and I let Val know and she gave me $40 for it which was okay but it’s pretty gross to wake up and find a bug in the bed for 40 bucks. But like I said the location nice because of ocean drive and the room was alright.

My best friend and I stayed here for a few days to relax and have a good time. This condo was in the perfect spot for us! Very reasonably priced for the experience you receive. Right in the middle of restaurants, clubs, bars, stores, and most importantly, south beach! The room was nice and clean, and even smelled amazing. The rooftop pool was my favorite feature! Management was great, brought clean towels, emptied garbage, and easy check in / check out. I would recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys the club / party scene as it does tend to be noisy until late at night. But regardless, it was not an issue for us. This spot will be my go to the next time I’m in town!

This property might be ideal for some travelers, but for us it was a nightmare. If you are a partier who plans to be up past 2am every night, this location is perfect for you. It is right on Ocean Drive in South Beach, with quick access to the beach or bars/restaurants. If you do not plan to be up past 2am every night, do not even consider booking this property! When we booked, part of the welcome/instructions message we received stated that "All of our suites can be noisy until late into the night during the major holidays, special events and peak season times," along with a disclaimer that they will not issue refunds based on noise. This struck me at the time as a standard disclaimer that could apply to any property in a big city or tourist destination, but now in hindsight, I deem it misleading. The property is connected to a restaurant/bar called Palace that has nightly drag shows starting at 7:30. If you fell off our balcony, you would literally land inside the bar. The music from this bar is incredibly loud. You can hear it from over a block away on Ocean Drive even when the street it packed, so you can imagine how loud the music was in our room, whose balcony was basically a part of the bar. The room would literally shake with the bass from 7:30pm to 2am EVERY NIGHT. The disclaimer regarding noise is misleading because it makes it sound like the noise level depends on how busy the area is, but in reality you are going to have an incredibly loud room EVERY SINGLE NIGHT until after 2am. (For what it's worth, I am not particularly old or sensitive to noise, having lived right in the middle of a noisy part of Atlanta for 8 years. Trust me when I tell you that the noise in our suite was extraordinary and will bother anyone who intends to go to bed before 2am.)Aside from that, the suite was pretty nice. The rooftop pool was a cool spot with a great view of the beach. The property looked clean enough when we first walked in, but it really needs a deep cleaning (balls of hair on the rug and behind the tub, etc.) The sliding bathroom doors don't close completely, and the free standing tub that has been converted to a shower was cumbersome. The bed could use a new mattress, and the futon looked a little small for a place that claims to sleep 4 adults. We wouldn't stay here again if it was free, which is why I give it 2 stars, but a spring breaker might love it.

If you like to party this is definitely the location. It’s constant loud music playing all day and night. The property is connected to a club so it’s a lot of noise. They could of did a better job of cleaning the room. I stayed 4 days no one came to change sheets or towels. I called the person on property to get clean towels, he told me he would be over shortly and never came. The location is great it’s dead center of all the club sceneries if you’re into partying. The rooftop pool is not that big and only go up to 3 1/2 feet.

Our room was okay, but the listing makes it sound much better than what we actually got. Definitely not ocean view. Would not recommend for more than 2 people as the leather futon is not big enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. Music until 2 in the morning which was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay. Overall, location was the only benefit.
