The location is amazing. The beach is right across the street. Also, you could literally walk no further than 3 or 4 blocks and never eat at the same place twice. The tub/shower was a bit awkward. Not a fan. But overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Arrived just after heavy snow that shut down road and power, cleaning crew delayed but can’t put that on owners. Beautiful canyon setting but not too close to town. Owners responsive to our needs.

At ocean front, view from pool is perfect!

Yes, it’s loud, but you are in the heart of Miami Beach, it’s to be expected. Only complaint is the thermostat didn’t work. It was either freezing or hot and humid. Other minor inconveniences, but overall we would 100% stay here again!

The room is clean and well appointed for the price. While the location is good, the room is flooded with light from neighboring properties. I tried to get ahold of the property manager on two days with seperate questions, but never had even a single response or acknowledgement that my question was received.

Everything was good. Being on Ocean Drive, walking to a lot of places to eat was great. We did rent a car and drove to the Keys for a day which was a bucket list item. We enjoyed the placement of this property closer to the alley as it was not as loud while the partying was happening on the main scene. The roof top pool was a good deal as well. Awesome views, bar, and heated. Sometimes can get windy up there due to the ocean breeze, but we couldn't have picked a better time of the year to visit. Great Weather, good vibes and great food!

We enjoyed everything about our stay but the parking which was frustrating trying to find places to park and an unexpected expense. Other than parking It was great we know to fly next time lol I just don't like planes and never been on one.

They allowed us to store our bags and contacted us when our room was available 2 hours before check in ! Once we got to the room , it was exactly how the pictures described! The room was very beautiful Not to mention, the room was clean! I will definitely book again

The place we stayed in was nice and clean and there were a lot of restaurants, bars and shopping areas within walking distance. It was kind of hard to find where to check in at but we got there late at night and the area was super busy. We didn’t realize we’d be right in the middle of the club scene but it was also spring break when we stayed so if that’s the vibe you want then it’s perfect. During the day it’s a lovely area, just gets pretty wild at night. The place was right across the street from the beach and the rooftop view has a nice bar area with pretty views. Staff were all very friendly.

Are room was clean but not enough towels. When requested more they came and took what we had and give us less.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway for rest and relaxing on the beach, this is NOT the place for you! My husband and I had no clue about the atmosphere and clientele of Miami Beach. This place is a 24/7 loud and drunken party scene which was not mentioned at all in the description of the condo or location. Luckily the condo we stayed in was at the back of the building the farthest away from the partying and we both brought good earplugs so we were able to sleep. We are not bar/party people. The condo itself was clean but needed some repairs. We couldn’t use the hand shower because the faucet was broken and the laminate flooring which looked new was poorly installed. Eating out in Miami Beach is horribly expensive so we decided to go grocery shopping and only eat out for one meal a day. Unfortunately the fully appointed kitchen was not so fully appointed. There was no cooking cutlery, no cutting board, no oven, no skillets, only two spatulas, two small sauce pans, a colander, a toaster and a small stock pot. When we asked for a broom or vacuum to sweep all the sand that we tracked in from the beach, the owner was extremely prompt in granting our request. We had a broom within a couple of hours which was wonderful! The staff came twice during our stay to give us fresh towels which was also nice. Good luck with parking! It’s also expensive. The cheapest was $20 a day without in/out privileges. So be prepared to park your car and walk every where. Had I known or been told in the description of the atmosphere of Miami Beach we probably would not have booked. Only after we booked did the owners tell us about the atmosphere and then the owners also said btw, they don’t give refunds which I thought was shady. The lack of an up front and honest description of the place is why I rated it as I did. I’m sure it’s a destination for some people that like to party, but it’s not for us.

Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness and we were unable to get wash cloths and towels when we needed them. They never cleaned our room.

Awesome location if you are here to party!

This property is right in the middle of all the action. Great beach, restaurants, etc from walking distance. The check in process was confusing as you have to check in a different building than we stayed in. The pool is also in the separate building. We didn’t get much information on how to check in, so we were pretty confused about that. Our room was also not the cleanest, and we didn’t get any cleaning service or more towels until our last day. Overall though, was a great week and amazing location. Worth it!

Enjoyable trip. The location is perfect. Nice and clean apartment with modern furniture. Our favorite was the views from the pool. Relaxing and beautiful. We will definitely return.

The Congress is perfectly located and reasonably priced. The rooftop pool is a plus and the beach is at your doorstep. Our room, 307, was located at the rear of the building adding extra light from the rear windows but close to the alley causing early morning noise from the parking garage across the alley. The room was spacious and well appointed. We prepared breakfast in the cute and modern kitchen that included a dishwasher. Well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The only glitch was the afternoon guests walking in to our room at 9am catching us in our undies. We are not shy so we shrugged it off but I am sure some folks would not be amused.
