We were warmly greeted by staff and after checking in, we were shown our room which was huge, with an outside terrace with table and chairs and loungers. The view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking and the breakfasts amazing.
The hotel is ideally sited for easy access to the ferry terminal and the old town.
Would certainly re-book this hotel again.
We were happy with everything.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room! There is a lovely terrace where breakfast is served in the morning. The breakfast is not free but very reasonable for what is offered.

Great staff, large rooms, nice balconies, great location and great lake views
Internet is poor. Some devices never could connect, other were in and out. They need to upgrade their entire internet infrastructure.
Breakfast is confusing. Instead of a simple buffet breakfast, they have several combination of choices of base options with a la carte add ons. They should just have a buffet breakfast like other hotels
