The ladies at the front desk, the porter and chamber maid rendered excellent service and spoke English well.
The evening food at dinner in their dining room was not up to the quality of the hotel. Furthermore 2 of the waiters should not be working there as their rudeness was uncalled for. The regular hotel staff would put them to shame.
At best the dining room would score a C with my wife and me.

Great location friendly staff
There were some light bulbs out and shower too small

New hotel, comfortable rooms, very nice and attentive peoplest the reception.
Restaurant menu somewhat limited. Breakfast €30.- way to expensive. We found better opportunities for half the price less than 10mn walk.

The perfect location and the room
The pool area. It was like a public pool on a Saturday!!! Enormous number of people, kids shouting everywhere and jumping in the pool etc.
