The facility and location. I booked a king suite and so satisfied with the facility. Spacious for three adults..a table and chairs at the balcony provided me with an unobtrusive view of the bosphorus and the magnificent blue mosque. A lift, though not so big is something good to have.
The front office staff is awesome. I checked in closed to midnight and he was already waiting and helped with the luggage.
Keep up the excellent work.
All is superb.
