The room was so clean and tidy. Really good for family with children. Hot tub was very nice as well from a long day out and about in Rotorua you can have a nice soak in their hot tub.
Thank you Arista for your Hospitality. Really recommend this place for stay when going to Rotorua.

The spa was amazing and got plenty of use! The accommodation is in an amazing location, with so much food and everything you need close by. Nothing took longer than 5–10 minutes to get to, which was so convenient.
The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind, and the playground was also great for the kids. We had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!
Nothing really to complain about. The room could do with a little revamp in some areas, but overall it suited us perfectly with young children. It was comfortable, convenient and had everything we needed for a great stay.
