Good location
Just the wi-fi is slow. If you traveling for work bring a back up wifi.

Motel is handy to central rotorua
We had to complain to the manager regarding the bathroom ceiling and walls were covered in black mold. They said they could not find us another room so we insisted they get someone in to clean the room.
