Only 5 minute drive to Marco Polo Airport. Beautiful property, secure, and well maintained. We were fortunate to find a vacancy, and will continue to utilize this amazing property for future flights out of Venice, Italy. This hidden gem was about €300 less than the Marriott Courtyard and €200 less than the Best Western, both of which we have used in past trips. Our room was spotless, amazingly comfortable bed, large tiled bathroom with plenty of hot water. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with our short stay. We will return and highly recommend.

The breakfast was fantastic with lots of selection and healthy and not so healthy offerings! Roberto made us fresh coffees and the offerings were abundant.
Honestly I couldn’t think of anything that we didn’t like. This hotel far exceeded our expectations in all ways.

This is a great small hotel situated 5 minutes away from Venice Marco Polo airport. It was indeed a pleasant surprise with a warm welcome from friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and super clean. We arranged a 5.30 am shuttle to the airport which worked like clockwork - door to door. We were even collected from the airport after we dropped off our rental car - no charge. The hotel is in a large garden setting and was very quiet. The added bonus is the Trattoria right next door - we had a suburb dinner there and you know its good when it is full of locals! We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will certainly return to it when we are next in Venice!
We couldn't find fault!

"Location. Arredamento stanze. Cibo. Pulizia. Sono molto soddisfatto. Se in zona ci ritornerò. Il ristorante attiguo ha un ottimo menù soprattutto della tradizione."
