Extremely comfortable bed. Room was plenty nice for a business hotel.
There were bits of black mold in the bathroom crevices.

Cosy room and bed. Also, we had an issue with lost passport and the staff was very helpful.

Room needs to be deep cleaned. Dust and grime in all the corners. So much mold growing in the bathroom.

The staff struggle to understand English.

Room is clean, functional and comes with mostly all necessities.
No English speaking tv channels, although the VOD is free and there are foreign English spoken movies.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was also really delicious!

Great hotel, the bed was very cofortable and the personell very polite and nice. It had everything I needed.
Small room, no closet or space to put big luggage.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great service. Clean room, if a bit tiny (but we only stayed for one night, so it wasn't any concern of ours). Everything was there: brush, toothbrush, shampoo, great bath, towels, TV and internet. There are restaurants in the area that are open 24/7.
If we would've stayed longer, the room would've been too small. We have three suitcases with us and had hardly any room to put them.
Another downside for smokers only: there was no smoking spot in the area.

The staff was amazing! Always so helpful and polite. The hotel is right next to the main subway stations.
They started to clean the rooms very early in the morning so you cannot sleep in becuse of the noise in the hallway.

The room was comfortable. They came to clean every day even though the sign said they would only come every 3 days.
Originally when I booked the room I thought I was going to stay with my daughter. It would have been very tight for 2 of us and our luggage.
