Nice, modern, elegant hotel close to the train & metro station. The inner city is within 30 min reach. Staff was kind and helpful, with good English. Everything was in a great shape, like new.
Room size. Our twin room was extremely small, even by Japanese standards. It may be ok for one person, but not for two. It was so small, actually, that we could hardly open both suitcases at the same time, and we had so little room for movement that we continuosly bumped into something or each other.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping services were excellent - the room was nice and clean. Ice and water machine available for use. Supplies such as shower caps and toothbrushes were regularly restocked.
The room was very small which made it very hot and it didn’t seem like the air con was having any effect. It didn’t seem like it worked. The staff had basically no English which made communicating difficult - it was often done on Google translate.
