The duty manager Lynette was very generous to us. We booked this place for our 40th and due to the pool, but the pool was under renovation and I was disappointed we were not informed in advance. But she more than made it up to us by a really good room upgrade with pool access which we were thrilled by and appreciated. The food for the buffet breakfast is delicious! The shuttle bus around Sentosa was very frequent and convenient
Nothing specific to the hotel. Other than ensuring guests are notified in advance if there are maintenance works

The room was amazing (Got upgraded to a suite), the staff were amazing (Winkki is the best) and the overall experience was perfect.
The location was slightly inconvenience but other than that nothing much.

The front desk officer and the huge room. It was exceptionally clean.
The haunted doorway and the creaking noise when opening the balcony door. Please apply 3m spray for the balcony door. The bed is too soft and me and my kids couldn't sleep well throughout. 2 lights flickering.
