The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to all your needs. We loved the surprise fruit bowl delivery to our room at the start of our stay. The rooms were very clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool was excellent. The food was excellent.
I think if you have a fridge in the room, if not a mini bar, please at least provide a coupe of bottles of complementary water. We also had issues with the water running cold in the shower - not once but every time. It eventually became warm and enjoyable [maybe everyone showering at the same time of the morning?] At least the climate is so hot, it wasn't that bad an experience. We also had a loose tile in our shower floor, but that was collected, so I think the intention was to have it fixed.

Location is great. Staff amazing.
There is renovation work going on at the moment, which we were not told about when our booking was made.
Very noisy around the accommodation blocks during the day with workers erecting scaffold, compressors on and general noise.
From what we were told by staff the work will be ongoing for many months.
