I booked the Coco Mantra for my parents and the property exceeded expectations. The location is fantastic; the view was amazing. The gardens well maintained. The pool was where we spent most of the time.
The only disappointment was the size of the carpark and the struggle to get in and out. We have a truck and it really wasn't catered for unfortunately. We were not allowed to park our car on the top car park.

Staff were very friendly and helpfull, You can get a a lot in one place: scooter rental, restaurant, pool and etc.
Only maybe the location, you are a bit further from Lamai, but You can easily get a taxi or rent scooter.

The location was great, bed was very comfortable, views from my room were great. Pool area was so lovely, right on the beach.
I don’t think there is anything I didn’t like.

Nothing went exceptionally well. The majority of the staff was kind and considerate. The food was average.
The Air Conditioning was terrible and we had to ask for an additional fan just to circulate the air in the room. The refridgerator broke in our room. The entire faciliaties, including the pool lounge chairs, the bathrooms, hotel rooms and facilities are all super dated and need updating.
