Very clear, nice View, location a little far from bar&club. Good for families with children.

Janthe at the reception has Great English and is very personable and efficient! This helped make our stay here so much more pleasant. Location at the quieter end of Crystal Beach is great. Room and bathroom are a good size. Items broken in our room at check-in were fixed immediately. Easy to catch songtaws into town. This end of the beach stays cleaner.

At first I was concerned about our room A4 being right beside the pool and the restaurant being in too busy of a location but it was fine. I thought that the loungers in the hotel pictures were for everyone to use but most are designated for specific rooms. This ended up not being a problem as we were always able to get a couple. Our bed and pillows were quite hard. If you are a light sleeper the traffic noise, right behind the hotel, will bother you. During stormy weather much debris and garbage on the beach. Fortunately it's continuously cleaned.

it is not a problem, but a hotel needs a renovation. food (breakfast was included)at a restaurant was not that great , but there is plenty of restaurants around with great food to offer

Excellent location with a stunning beach at your doorstep.

Sea view was partially obstructed by an unused beach bar. Room smelt of cigarette smoke on arrival.

The hotel wasn’t anything like it’s photos. The room was covered in ants, spiders & moths. it was very dated and didn’t match the photos. It was also a bit out from the centre a taxi would be needed to go anywhere for a bit of life. We left straight away and didn’t stay there for even one night. Bolt or Grab wouldn’t work so we were forced to use a taxi service from the hotel which is already priced so you have no choice. The woman on reception was very understanding about the situation, like it’s happened before.

The view , the breakfast and the beach was all amazing! The staff are very helpful! The room was exactly how it looked on booking.com!

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location was perfect on a beach and the water is deep enough for a morning swim or snorkeling.

Overall the resort appeared run down and looked unorganized. The front is off a main road with traffic zooming by. The staff were polite but not friendly.

beachfront resort. our room was on the 1st floor. direct access to the beach via the swimming pool. friendly and helpful staff! very large room. taxi service available in the resort, on time and very nice. the very large bathroom with huge shower! We hope to be back soon. See you soon

It's very close to the beautiful beach and near many nice restaurants!

The shower area is not separated. When taking a shower, the whole bathroom floor will be wet.

The location is incredibly beautiful. Crystal Bay is a little haven within busy Koh Samui island. Janthi and her staff are welcoming and helpful.

Perhaps breakfast could start a touch earlier “?

I have never seen a better beach. The bay was small and secluded, there is one restaurants at the bay which was outstanding and offered a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. The breakfast was good as well but maybe it got a little boring after 14 days. But all in all it was more than we would have ever expected, especially the staff was more than welcoming!!!

For Europeans there could have been a few more cheese options or maybe a few more Marmelade options or a typical Thai breakfast! But the dishes they offered were cooked well and really tasty!

The location right in front of the beach. Breakfast was very good (a la carte).

The ladies didn't clean our room until I asked for it in the afternoon. Towels available were too few and not enough for 3 people, I had to ask for some extra...same for toilet paper. Unclean fridge (mold was in it and near the sink in the bathroom).

The staff was helpful and pleasant. Accommodated by a beautiful beach.
