Very friendly staff, well appointed room. Walking distance to town Loved all the pot plants outside.

The shower was abit fickle sometimes

The location is handy to walk to places

the first pin code we got didn't work and was way to long to remember

I did not like the method Accommodation Noosa the letting agents this property. They asked unnecessary questions letting agents and required identification quoting Government regulatory guidelines. This was more in line with a long term Residential rental agreement than a simple holiday let. On this current trip to Queensland, I have not been subjected to the same intensive questioning or to produce any official ID in the other eight properties I have stayed in. I can't stand un-necessary paperwork or demands for ID whilst hiding behind spurious government rules. Even when I sent a copy of my driving licence by email they demanded I resend it by my mobile phone which I refused to do. They then said I had to visit their office in Hastings Street a place where it is impossible to get a car park within two km in business hours, however another employee sent the key code on the morning of my arrival. Another point is that to secure the booking it had to be paid for at time of booking and so they had the use of my money from the April till July. This is the sixth time I have stayed in Noosa and have never had a similar problem in booking in to any other property. Because of this I will not be staying in this or any property managed by Accommodation Noosa if pre warned they are the agent. It is a shame because this was a pleasant property to stay in. But I can’t countenance un-necessary hogwash.
