We loved the location right in the heart of nature, and the hotel itself is aesthetically designed, cozy, and pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large balcony facing the view. You can hear the river, which is relatively loud, but we loved it. The staff is excellent, caring, and goes above and beyond—even outside their scope of responsibility.

breakfast was relatively reasonable, but dinner was simply not good enough. There was hardly any selection of main courses, and the available option was usually poorly prepared or didn't taste good. The pool and spa area are a 5-minute drive from the hotel along a complex, winding road. The outdoor pool is excellent—warm and pleasant. However, the indoor pool wasn't heated, and the dry sauna wasn't hot enough either. Overall, the entire spa area seemed somewhat poorly maintained. The indoor pool area was uncomfortable to be in due to bad acoustics and a lot of noise. The hotel parking was very far away—110 stairs, we actually counted. When we checked in, no one informed us that there was a gym and a kids' room, which we only stumbled upon on the other side of the hotel on our last day. Keep in mind that the hotel is remote, and there are hardly any restaurants nearby.

SPA is located far away from the hotel itself. We was unable to book massage and got some questionable underwater massage due to the lack of choice. Place pretending to be SPA hotel charges you for sauna usage (Why not just to include it in the room price) Dry sauna wasn’t working, inside pool was drained at 17:00.
