Comfortable, luxurious, well equipped suite, handy location for town

Couldn’t pre-pay parking meters (not the hotels fault)

The location was supposed to be good, but due to the event, the roads around it were closed and it was (music-like) loud until 11:30.

The underground car parking was not the best experience. It was hard for a medium size SUV to maneuver.

Didn’t have breakfast but maybe next time

Clean nice carpet well done. Kitchen was ok Dining table ok Bed (main double) was good Clean bathroom

No view Bathroom shower had tub but can't use it. 9nly hanging shower can use. Kids sofa beds was no good Babbling and moving too much Kids not happy but understand sofa bed was part of the deal. Some sofa beds are better quality than this hotel.

Property is very centrally located in Tauranga and handy for public transport. The room was very, very spacious. and clean and the bed was comfortable

the view from our room was looking out into a carpark building that was under construction. this was not a big issue for us as we were only there for a wedding and not the sight seeing.

The location was nice & close to the Strand.

The set up of the unit was a bit unusual becos of its shape obviously. Not great for TV viewing & TV was too small. The one in the bedroom didn't have reception & was very small. The sofa was too far away from lounge TV & in an odd spot but once again the shape of the apartment was unusual.

Thirty dollars extra for 2 nights Parkin excessive

the property was in a good location and had all the amenities

The rooms are spacious and well appointed.

The Wi-Fi system is terrible and keeps dropping off and is very slow. Difficult to do business.
