Absolutely beautiful place. Continental breakfast, wonderful. The hosts put the fire on, very warm and cozy. Excellent value for money all round . Peg & her lovely cat were exceptionally friendly. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this lovely character place to stay when in Tauranga.

A very nice welcome once we found it (Google directions slightly off...) We were given two bath towels each as we were staying two nights (we
only used one each !) The bed was comfortable and surroundings quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. Adequate breakfast.
The place is just a little tired and in need of some TLC. A patch of paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and frayed carpet on the stairs. But it didn't detract from a very comfortable stay

Host was welcoming. Room was clean comfy. Breakfast was a delight. Price was very reasonable and value.
Bit of a staircase but I was only there 1 night.
