staff were not accommodating except the guards who are very helpful

The staff are courteous and 5 star
For fellow American travelers if your use to maybe a 2 star in the USA than this is your hotel. Nothing against GV but did spot one cockroach, shower backed up a bit and you couldn’t power room unless your room key was inserted into device. No way to call other rooms was also a bit of a bummer.
