Bed texture and location. Free breakfast too. The male staff upon our arrival was very helpful.
Clean but needs thorough cleaning for people with allergy like me.

Cloe to the bus terminal, clean room, good breakfast, toiletries, hot water, air conditioning/fan
Not good for backpacker networking, Very old shower, no elevator, staff could be more helpful on giving restaurant advice

I’m a frequent customer. Comfortable bed, free breakfast, accessible location and good staff.
It appears that somebody made a mistake entering my room But I’m shocked that she was able to open my locked door with another key.
