What an absolutely outstanding stay! Honestly, I’m not sure what they’re putting in the water here, but whatever it is, it’s working! The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the bathrooms have obviously had a major renovation — they look fantastic! It’s amazing what a good bathroom makeover can do. Suddenly you actually look forward to having a shower! The real stars of the show, though, were the staff. Friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable. The customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the outer suburbs of Sydney. We had a couple of requests, and the staff made some small adjustments to accommodate us. They might have been small changes to them, but they made a huge difference to our stay. That sort of effort is very much appreciated and definitely doesn't go unnoticed. And then there was breakfast. It was good, but I have to give a special shout-out to the hard-boiled eggs — they were STILL WARM! 😂 Now, I realise warm boiled eggs probably aren't going to make the history books, but when you're standing there in the morning thinking, "Well, this is a pleasant surprise," you know the breakfast team has done something right Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Comfortable rooms, beautifully renovated bathrooms, fantastic staff, exceptional customer service and even warm eggs! A massive thank you to the entire team. You made our stay genuinely enjoyable, and that's what great hospitality is all about. We’ll definitely be back — preferably before someone eats all the warm eggs! 😂👏

A couple of little things worth mentioning — although neither really takes away from an otherwise great stay! Firstly, getting back onto the main road during peak traffic is an adventure in itself. 😂 This is absolutely not the hotel's fault, but be prepared to exercise patience, good timing and possibly a small prayer to the traffic gods. Getting out can feel like you're trying to merge into main race at Bathurst 500 #Supercars And then there’s the vending machine pricing, which appears to have developed its own economic system. 😂 You could get Smith's plain chips for $4, but apparently if you want the Salt & Vinegar version, you're looking at $10. Yes… $10! For a packet of chips! At that price, I was expecting them to come with a complimentary financial adviser. Then you've got Doritos for $5, sitting there looking relatively affordable by comparison. I'm all for different prices, but the vending machine seems to have decided that Salt & Vinegar is now a luxury commodity. 😂 anong with UPL98 and Diesel fuels Neither of these things would stop us staying again — they're just those little quirks that make you smile (and question the economics of potato-based snacks!). Overall, still a fantastic stay and we'll happily be back — I'll just make sure I have my merging skills and a mortgage-approved snack budget ready! 😂
