Posizione molto comoda e vicino alla metropolitana 3 min a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito. Il signore (credo che era proprietario) era molto gentile . Tornerei qui, di sicuro

It was cosy, amazing boutique hotel. The host was super nice and friendly, the breakfast was exceptional! The rooms are spacious, clean. We traveled with o couple of friends, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom in one apartment, so you have privacy. Metro is close, the parking is private in we didn’t have to worry about the car.

1) Owners are very friendly and helpful 2) Room was big , clean , quiet 3) Location was ideal - 10 min to the metro that takes you in 15 minutes to the centre of Prague 4) A classic gem in this modern world

Very small parking spots - impossible to utilize all spots without blocking other cars (not perceived as an issue by the owner when pointed out) Some pieces of furniture are obviously past their lifespan DIY breakfast - ham, cheese, cottage cheese, plain yogurt, jam, eggs, two tomatoes, an apple, water/juice stored in a mini-fridge; you can pick whatever you want but after a few days, the choices are pretty limited; you also get a fresh baguette every morning - once I didn't eat it right away, I stopped receiving these for the rest of my stay (I am not really sure if that was the reason or a discussion about perceived issues with the owner, however, it saved the establishment 10 CZK per baguette per day; the owner was not present during the check-out, so I can only take a guess) Some days my stuff was moved around the room after cleaning which was super weird Water pressure and water temperature stability are horrible - clearly an issue with the infrastructure and its capacity even though in some replies to other reviews it is suggested that it can be easily fixed (I highly doubt it, but it's a fitting excuse) One day bugs were coming from the wash basin (while taking pictures I noticed horrendous mold inside of the wash basin) - after considering moving to another accommodation and alerting reception, the owner's wife immediately apologized and took care of it (correct approach), but when discussing the same issue with the owner the next day, he shrugged it off since he didn't perceive it as an issue and considered it normal
