The location is beautiful and very peaceful. The outside area and pool were well maintained. The owner and our local contact were fantastic when we had a nightmare with our hire car and found ourselves stranded with no supplies. They saved our holiday.

The road to the property is very steep and rough but we got used to it.

Spacious rooms, very kind host, really nice and quiet surroundings, great pool area.

Small kitchen; it would be great if they also served breakfast or would be possibilty of serving dinner.

Clean apartment and peace and silence around the place. The owner was always available by phone.

The rooms are badly maintained: the apartment's door hardly closed, the bath's door remained half-open, there was no TV signal for an entire week. I think the pool water wasn't changed or cleaned every day, there was just a pool cleaning net which could be used by the guests. The laundry room and the washing machine had a bad smell, I think it was the mold smell. The road to reach this place isn't just dirt and steep but also a bumpy road. The price we paid was too high compared to what we found. Basically it isn't worth the price, I'm sorry.

Beautiful place 20 mins away from Arezzo. Amazing landscape in an isolated area, perfect to enjoy some quiet time in family. Definitely worth it.

The only thing as a con is the way up to the house. You need to drive almost 10 mins in a difficult / uncomfortable unpaved road. This is not a big deal if you plan to stay in the agriturismo most of the days. But going up and down more than once a day is not that good unless you have a 4x4

Atmosphere and the view

Very isolated and quiet. It is also high up in the hills. fairly close to Abrezzo also.

The drive up the private is not for smaller cars, iy is very bumpy and rough - need a sturdy car. Also a bit too far from everything - that can be nice but once you are there for the night, you will not want to leave again. Also, the whole place is closed down for the off-season except for the apartments - might be better during summer.

The vila was superb, old stony building with a touch of romance and history. The grounds are very quite, the view is superb. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. But should keep in mind that the vila was hard to heat up, but not necessarily something to not like but should expect. Should keep in mind that the rode to the property is a bit hard on the car. Must stock up groceries.
