Nothing - it was perfect.

Great location within proximity to shops and public transport
Not enough milk provided for coffee/tea - we used to even breakfast packs but no more

Parking is very good there.
Clean, renovated bathroom.
Dining room downstairs.
No lift.
I have terrible knee pain & did not even question the availability of a lift - just assumed there would be one.
My husband had to assist another guest on the stairs as they had made the same mistake. That gentleman was 90 years old & ambulated with the help of a wheelie walker.
