Staff very kind.
Smoking room available.
The room was confortable, with the below observation.
Good breakfast.
The aircon system was not working on heating (2-3 °C outside). By request it was given to us an electric heater.

Lunch was very nice

The location was good. Breakfast was nice. The room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of toiletries. The bath was large and it filled quickly. The overall layout was good.
When I arrived at the hotel there was a note waiting for me. I was not given the ability to control the air temperature, specifically the air conditioner. I was told to open the windows. Even with the windows open the room was too hot. I called the front desk and they brought up a loud low quality fan. It barely took the edge off. This is supposed to be a premium hotel, yet not allowing customers to control the temperature of their rooms is unacceptable.
