Very privet, nice, beautiful resort with amazing view to the volcano. Great wet bar and amazing staff.

The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are amazing and friendly. Every place we visited was amazing and the food was really good. We walked the grounds and it is very well kept and maintained. Thank you!

I had a leak from the rain in my room and maybe from the ceiling in the bathroom. Your place is very nice

Beautiful location with an awesome view of the volcano as well as many birds to spy (bring binoculars) including macaws and toucans. Also, look for the huge resident iguana, likely sunbathing in a tree.

Our room reeked heavily of deodorizer or insecticide when we arrived. We opened the doors and it dissipated after awhile, but we both got headaches and felt ill from it. First thing in the morning, the gardener was heavily spraying the paths all around with what seemed like insecticide, too. Aside from toxicity to humans, this seemed dangerous for the wildlife. In addition, unless you’re okay with a pool full of algae and gray/brown/green water, you’re probably not going to enjoy the “hot spring.” We went to Tabacon, too, where the hot springs are clear and clean.
