The location was perfect and we loved the gardens and volcano view. Beautiful. The pools and hot springs were wonderful.
There was absolutely nowhere to hang wet clothes. Not even one hook in the bathroom. We were there in the rainy season and used the pools and hot springs every day and had nowhere to dry our bathing suits and clothes and rain jackets.

Great breakfast. Lots of thermals. Great view of Arenal. Property has an excellent look out point.
Just be aware this is more of a family themed water park, less of a adult spa. Expect a lot of screaming kids running around all day. A worker was using a gas powered leave blower next to the outdoor restaurant at breakfast. Two work trucks actually crashed into one another on the hotel grounds, how they managed to do that on a 20km/h path is beyond me. Last, our room was next to a construction site for new building, so we got construction noise all day.
