Room was good, Staff were very good helpful and knowledgeable all were good but reception staff really went the extra mile
Widows in the room closed but did not lock letting in Drafts. However the hot water in the bathroom was in my opinion dangerously hot. Carpet in room was creased It has stretched since being laidA comfy hotel overall Entertainment was on the whole good however the music was extremely loud at times overshadowing the singers ,there could have been more bingo I did notice a number of guests left the venue straight after the bingo.

Paid for breakfast 12. 50 but poor quality bacon & sausage so def not worth that amount

Bar staff and entertainment
We were put in room 118 which had a large extractor fan positioned just outside our window which ran from 5-45 am to10-30 am each morning and from 4-30 pm to 8-30 pm each day. This rendered the room unusable for rest in the early morning or afternoon. It was like trying to sleep in a room with an industrial tumble dryer going, we complained at reseption but was told they had no rooms available. We were moved eventually on Saturday afternoon but our break was almost over by then. In my opinion this room is not fit for anyone to stay in and should be repurposed for something else
