The family room was a decent size with comfortable beds.
The breakfast was good quality and the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly.
The hotel was well situated for our chosen activities: visiting the Tower and Riding The Lights.
In the message sent via booking.com to pre-register the link was deleted. I rang reservations and gave them my email address to forward the link but didn't receive any email, so had to complete the form at the reception desk - clunky as the reception staff could have been a little more forthcoming.
The room decor was dated and the window rattled in the wind until we wedged it.

Good location, lovely room for 4 people, good parking and lovely staff.

The room was spacious. There was ample car parking. Breakfast was good.
There didn’t appear to be enough staff. We tried to have lunch in bar no.10 but had to wait until it opened at 1pm as someone didn’t turn up. The dinner service was chaotic. The one lady was showing people to their seats and also dealing with payment for drinks. Long queues. The staff were very hardworking it was just they needed more staff to ensure smooth running. Also window in bathroom of room was coming away from frame.
