Great use of a small space, everything you need, great value for money. Fantastic breakfast. Very nice & polite helpful hosts.

Such a genuinely welcoming place to stay. Attention to detail and care was exceptional. Also had a lovely breakfast both mornings. This will be my first choice for future visits to Blackpool

Excellent choices for breakfast, cooked lovely
Couldn’t have been more attentive without being overbearing! Great location, we lucked out on a parking spot across the road!
Very clean room, comfortable bed! Well stocked tea tray. John & Nick very welcoming!
I’d recommend to f&f
I couldn’t find any shower gel. Every time The corridor door at the top of the stairs was opened the door to our room(2) kept banging as if someone was trying to open it. Maybe need to fit a tighter fitting door/lock. We locked the door but it shocked me banging in the middle of the night when someone was going through to their room, I honestly thought they wanted to join us 🤦🏼♀️😂.
