Anzy Panzy Hotel and Apartments

Great location, so close to the pleasure beach and the water park. Free parking, hotel was decorated for Halloween which the kids loved. Really old school Blackpool feel, reminded us of going as kids. Room was much bigger than we expected, we are a family of 5 so often find it a struggle to get hotel rooms that fit us all and this room was perfect.

Could do with a deep clean and fixing the window as the wind came in and it was really noisy. For the price though we were very happy with our stay

The host was amazing, helped with arranging a scooter hire for my dad who has walking difficulties

A little cold at night but that’s to be expected with Blackpool in the winter

Great location - near South Pier, Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle & McDonalds, host was friendly and helpful, overall ok value for money. Great views of the sea. Clean bedding and towels. Served its purpose for us, which was somewhere to sleep and wash after long days exploring Blackpool

Property is rather run down, a lot could be improved by a deep clean and general maintenance. We stayed in apartment with kitchen, kitchen wouldn’t really be suitable for more than breakfast and lunch, as rather small. Could benefit from a good clean, cups in cupboard were dirty, utensils greasy. Stuff on floor which could have been easily hoovered, corridors to rooms could benefit from a good hoover. Front window wouldn’t close fully - not a major issue in August but I imagine would get cold and windy in colder months, and we were lucky the prom was quiet at night, otherwise the open window wouldn’t close fully of been loud.
