Location excellent
Opposite tram stop and next to pleasure beach
The room was small for 3 adults
The shower wasn’t very clean and not great water pressure but very hot water

Sue & Leigh were phenomal , i couldnt fault them at all , such lovely people, and the room was just what i expected a quirky comfy place to stay
The breakfast that was included isnt what we expected , as on booking.com it says full english or irish breakfast , we just got one sausage, one bacon, one egg a spoonful of beans and a hash brown i expected more to the full english but saying that you had toast , and cereals if you wish , plus a tea and coffee, although we didnt like the taste, but it wouldnt put us off coming back
