I loved everything.

The hotel consists of 5 rooms located in a normal residential building on the 4th floor. The house has an elevator. The rooms are beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning works great and is very quiet. There is no breakfast, but there are a number of restaurants nearby and also bakeries. The hotel is right on the waterfront, where you can also swim. Here it is not necessarily suitable for children, but at the port there is a small pool separated from the sea with stones. Here children can also swim well. The parking situation is a bit tight. Within 10 minutes on foot you can find a parking lot that costs. In high season 1.30 euros per hour, but the time between 22:00 and 8:00 is free. We liked the hotel especially because of the location very well and can recommend it in any case.

The location of the property is absolutely the best thing, you’re close to everything - the old town and the beach. Rooms are clean and designed very nicely. The staff was really helpful and welcoming!

The property is in a wonderful location. However it is a bedroom and a bathroom. Is a large flat converted into bedrooms with bathrooms. The bedroom is very elegant but small. It had a coffee maker and a fridge.

The Riva Palace was superb. The rooms was well appointed and beautiful. Very comfortable bed. The location was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised with the room and value.

The location was excellent, 2 mins walk from the cute alleys of the old town with lots of bars and restaurants and also from the sea and sea organ. You can park in the zone 2 areas and there’s one right next to the flat if you can get a space, otherwise carry on following the road road and there’s a car park on the right after the Uni building. The building itself is lovely, there’s a lift up to the 4th floor. The room was pretty, nicely decorated and they’d made good use of the small space and thought of little things like a toothbrush holder and toiletries, the bed was comfy. The host was super responsive and helpful and we felt really safe. Would stay here again if we came back to Zadar!

The room was quite small to live in for more than a few days and there was an annoying dripping sound onto a tin room or something coming from outside. You can make a cup of tea using the coffee machine but the water does taste like coffee.

Kristina is a great host - communication with her was perfect, she was very very helpful! Thank you again. Flexible check in. The location is very good, facilities and cleanliness too. Close to everything (walking distance). Very quiet and comfy room with AC and coffee maker. Highly recommend!
