Beautifully-designed and nice service

Wonderfully designed and well-appointed the rooms. The bathrooms are massive. The staff was very warm and friendly and the location is right in the center of lovely, cosmopolitan Dnipro.

It was an excellent experience!

We had a very good time from A to Z at this hotel! Great staff, very nice, newly renovated and super-clean room, great location. We spend a week there and everything was perfect from day one to the moment we left. The hotel is highly recommended! Thank you!

Not recommend

Rude attitude to clients, bad service. Especially waitress on duty on breakfast on the 13.10.2021. Nb! Breakfast by portions, only one cup of coffee included. Nobody inform about it in advance.

Beyond Expectations

Rooms are incredibly spacious, bathroom size in our room was amazing. Meticulously clean, front desk spoke good English. Another great addition to the hotel is sense cafe on the ground floor, food is delicious, full bar. We had amazing time. Thank you Bon Hotel

Clean and spatious!

roomy accommodations also the breakfast that’s included at the Sense restaurant next door is fantastic. comfy room decor and beds are awesome. staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. would recommend staying here and would stay again if I were to come back.

not too far from city Centre but not much to do very near the hotel.

I would give 10 stars for this Hotel

The Hotel is brilliant , cozy and quite location, the staff has been amazing , a special thanks to the receptionists, professional and going the extra mile for their guests. I would recommend it to anyone , delicious breakfast and their Cafe provides excellent dining together with a great selection of fine wines , 5 stars are not enough , I would give them 10 , many thanks for making my stay a wonderful experience

Fantastic hotel - totally loved

+ Clean and big room + Very friendly and helpful staff + Delicious breakfast in the hotel restaurant + In the room you have everything you need for your stay - towels, bathrobe, hairdryer etc. Totally loved our stay!
