Did not have breakfast at the hotel but there was an adjoining supermarket, very convenient for a hot cappuccino. The hotel itself is a grand old building with very spacious rooms. I have previously stayed at another hotel in Dnipro but one my next trip it will be straight to the Astoria hotel. Incidentally, I consider Dnipro to be the best city in Ukraine.
The beds could have been a bit softer.

Close location in the center, good value for money, polite reception staff, safe parking space, big room, comfortable beds, heating and hot water during electric shutdown
Too noisy in the evening because of trams and cars. No drinking water in the room

it is what it is - it’s a little run down. but staff is nice, location is great, and there is secure parking.
