The location was close to fast food stores to get something to eat for dinner

Reasonably priced, nice and clean and good size.
Bed and pillows were comfortable.

I booked this accommodation because it is within easy walking distance to the petrol station where the Greyhound service stops.
There are some (drive-through) restaurants in the area.
There staff were helpful.
The property lies on the main road that runs through Rockhampton so there was a lot of traffic but hardly any pedestrians. Arriving and leaving in the dark, I felt somewhat unsafe.
The whole property is extremely worn and shabby. 5 minutes after my arrival, part of the decorative ceiling came down with a loud crash. But I was given another room so all was well in the end.
If you arrive by car and leave by car, this might be an okay stop over for one night but for the price you pay, you don’t get a lot.
