Bed confortable and close the main road
I hate leaving a bad rating, I prefer not to rate it, but now I have to do it. We had a problem with the equipment in our room. The owner having responded to a comment from a customer, that he worked 100 hours per week and was not reachable at night (I am attaching the screenshot of the comment) I wrote him an email instead of the 'to call. What a mistake ! He came into the room very angry and really aggressive. So I can understand that my email displeased him, but as I explained to him it was an email that was sent to him privately and not a notice on Google or on booking... I warned him about future visitors. Either, this bad rating because of the lack of respect towards these customers as he did is intolerable for me. We travel in a van for several months and rarely take a room to recharge our batteries. This gentleman completely ruined this pleasure for us due to the stress he brought us and his aggressiveness. A word of advice, if you book at this establishment and you have a problem, refrain from telling them or it will be worse.

Location is good.
Room smelt like urine and musty. Sheets were stained and doona was covered in stains and full of mould. Back of door had what appeared to be spew or fluid splattered down.

Fantastic Location, Across the Road from the Leagues Club. Handy to the Airport to collect hire car. Close to lots of fast food places and a Foodworks. Taxi from Railway knew the exact location.
Refrigerator needed to be defrosted, very thick with ice. Toilet bowl not clean. Towels were not changed for a 4 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of room for suitcases and a good table for eating. Smart TV not easy to get channels.

Easy check in and out, friendly staff. Kitchenette in all rooms. Large room with table and lounge.
Dated, older style furnishings but still relatively clean and comfortable.

The clerk at the front desk (Richard) was super welcoming and friendly. I needed to change plans and he was super helpful. While the place isn't a five star hotel, it was clean and comfy, with enough space for a short stay. The shower was great!
Apart from maybe some updates to the place to make it look nicer, there was nothing I didn't like.

bugs all over the bed vacated the same night asked for refund the staff was very rude
asked for refund as there was full of bugs , see the photographs have to vacate and find another room at 9:30 at night

Spotlessly clean room, with good facilities and a comfortable bed. An excellent location for a short stopover in Rockhampton. Very near Greyhound bus stop, a definite plus.

Everything was amazing better then I thought and the price was affordable and had a good night's sleep

The bed was comfortable. The location suited us. Was clean.
The rooms were tired and dated and old.Aircon struggled and rattled. The fridge didn't keep things cold. The dishclith ans tea towel were smelly and not clean.
