Absolutely stunning location and view Beautiful house Great communication

Arrived with ants everywhere however once we sprayed them it was fine

Views from the Villa were incredible, outside space and pool area were amazing. Lots of living space inside and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Welcome package of food and drinks was lovely and meant you could settle in straight away, cheese, meats, bread, jam and eggs. Coffee, juice and wine.

Sofa covers could do with washing , let the Villa down with something so simple to rectify. But on the whole the place was clean

Perfect location. Clean & well maintained villa with plenty of kitchen equipment.Excellent BBQ facilities. All round great villa.

The only slight downside is the steep driving approach to the villa from the main road. You need to be careful when pulling in and out of the drive until you are used to it.

Excellent location with a beautiful view on the sea - you can view the sea while lying on the bed. Very quiet and no neighbours near by. Good size of the swimming pool.

No pool heating! For us it was the deal breaking feature and we were very disappointed that it didn't work out. We asked the host about the pool heating the day we arrived only to learn that we can get it for the last 2-3 days of our stay for extra €350. The host explanation was that we'd have to arrange it more in advance hence the price. I find it a bit unfair that one of the most prominent feature detailed in the listing description requires slow process to set up and there is no information about it for the customers. No book with house instructions - to our surprise cleaning service arrived one morning and we were pretty much dragged from beds. The villa needs some attention. Some of the equipment needs renewing, e.g. we got stuck outside as the fob for the gate worked erratically and finally gave up completely.

The villa has stunning views, we were met on arrival and shown around the villa. The outside is beautiful with loungers and a sofa to relax on. Lovely clean pool with lighting at night. Any problems were dealt with immediately.

The driveway is very steep and took some getting used to. There is large nightclub just beyond the villa even though it is quite remote. This kept us awake and the owner came the next day to soundproof the back doors so that problem was remedied. The property is just a bit tired and needs someone to go around to sort various mostly minor issues. There needs to be a book with house instructions and info in such as checking out details, what to do when hot water runs out, local information and recommendations. The visitor book disappeared during our stay which was a shame as we wanted to say thank you for a lovely stay.
