The private pool and the space that we had. We could move furniture to have it the way we wanted downstairs and then moved it back in order to be more a comfortable.

The layout was perfect. However, eating Al fresco would be better if there was a table & 2 x chairs for outdoor use. The bbq looks tired and old, would better if a solid brick bbq was built/ installed for permanent outdoor use. The sun beds need attention as some nuts & bolts were missing.

The bbq was old. Not enough toilet paper available. More kitchen towels required. A roll of rubbish bags would be welcome.

Comfortable, calm place to relax. Nice view.

The kitchen was not so well equipped.

my opinion is they started with a nice concept in their minds…

… however the execution and the whole villa needs improvement. the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are like stones…plus the fact that we had a horrible night on Saturday as in the proximity is a club, so was very noisy… the shower was broken, no hot water… no shower gel… if you think that you will meet the Greek hospitality in this villa, forget about it! I was looking for a little bit of salt into the entire house and the answer of the guy handling the place is that I had to think about it… so I left them some salt, olive oil from a taverna in order to treat the next guests. maybe they are at their beginning of renting this villa, as everything is new… so new that they didn’t clean the windows properly… you could read the details from the construction period 😁… there is very weak 4G signal in the area and their wireless connection is not working.. so if you need to use internet, think twice! the balcony is having some metallic parts making a horrible noise if is raining… you can transfer directly in the Land of Oz waiting for the Tin Man to appear from a corner of the house 🥴… if is rusty from this year, what to expect for later… ithey came with a nice concept and they are having good intentions being preoccupied to solve things, however needs improvements to reach to a decent stay.
