I arrived late and used the instructions sent to gain entry after hours. They were clear and easy to follow. My twin room was comfortable and had a basin. It was clean and well maintained. The place was easy to find and is in a good safe location with easy access to the tube network necessary for a stay in London. It was very good value and I would definitely stay again. I didn’t have breakfast or use any other facilities so can’t comment on the common areas but the loo was clean and near my room so very convenient.
I was happy with all I used.
